To control people one needs to use words related to EMOTIONS.
No one can say NO to EMOTIONS!!!
They are universally believed to be TRUE.
They form the foundation to WORTHINESS.
MUSIC creates EMOTION!!!
SEX creates EMOTION!!!
DRUGS create EMOTION!!!
POWER creates EMOTION!!!
CONTROL creates EMOTION!!!
ALCOHOL creates EMOTION!!!
Emotional control is “the ability to self-manage or regulate attitudes and feelings that directly affect participant receptiveness to, and implementation of, training activities.”
Emotional control is often referred to as emotional regulation and is the process the brain undergoes to regulate and control emotional responses throughout the day.
Emotional control manages and balances the physiological as well as psychological response to an emotion.
Emotional control contains several emotional regulation strategies including distraction, cognitive reappraisal, and emotional action control.
What does this mean to us?
Well, it’s always difficult to control others or ourselves, but when you manage it, it becomes a powerful tool for living. You feel empowered and free. You can, genuinely, be happy!
I’ll come back to these complex concepts in the following articles.
Three men are at a bar, and two of the men are talking about the control they have over their wives, while the third remains silent.
After a while, the first two men turn to the third and ask, “What about you? What kind of control do you have over your wife?”
The third man turns to the first two and says, “Well, I’ll tell you, just the other day I had her on her knees.”
The first two men were dumbfounded.
“Wow! What happened next?” they asked.
The third man takes a healthy swig of his beer, sighs and mutters, “Then she started screaming, ‘Get out from under the bed and fight like a man!’”
Have a wonderful day!
